CRM and Social Media Manager
Role Overview: Required for a luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid working arrangements are acceptable. Candidates must have experience in CRM and social media management within the travel industry, ideally for a similar company. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the company's email marketing programme and social media activity.
2. Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone position.
3. Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
4. Monitor and report on KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Experience in CRM and social media management within the travel sector, preferably luxury travel or for a senior executive aiming to step up.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
3. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
