As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the one making sure our most ambitious tools actually land and stick in Primary Care. You won’t just be ticking boxes on a rollout list; you’ll be leading the charge on high‑impact transformations, like helping practices move over to Accurx Scribe or Patient Triage. You’ll spend your time figuring out how these tools fit into the daily lives of clinicians, making sure they’re not just "installed," but are genuinely improving the experience for everyone.
Responsibilities
* Drive deep transformation: Lead large‑scale rollouts for complex products like Scribe, ensuring fundamental changes in how healthcare is delivered.
* Strategic boundary‑setting: Stand firm on implementation plans and manage commercial expectations to deliver sustainable solutions without over‑committing.
* Own the AI journey: Become the go‑to expert on emerging AI features, taking full ownership of their introduction to practices and scaling across the country.
* Close the feedback loop: Review practice cohorts 6‑9 months after go‑live to confirm they’re using the product as intended and identify ways to improve.
* Scale with smarts: Use internal AI dashboards to handle data heavy‑lifting so you can focus on the human side of implementation while automating repetitive tasks.
* Raise the bar: Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and, when something isn’t working, take the autonomy to change it.
