About the Role
* Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Managing classroom behaviour confidently and consistently
* Monitoring and assessing student progress to inform teaching strategies
* Collaborating with colleagues to promote best practices and drive positive educational outcomes
* Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders
* Participating in school activities, events, and staff meetings
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working within UK schools
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Full right to work in the UK
* Ability to provide professional references from recent employers
Desirable:
* Team Teach training
* Proven track record of supporting students with diverse needs
* Experience fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
