Employment Solicitor - Our clients, a prominent commercial practice located on the Essex/Hertfordshire border, have requested our assistance in finding a senior Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to help expand a diverse caseload of transactional, non-contentious, and contentious employment matters, while collaborating with colleagues across various teams and office locations.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive HR advice, including drafting service agreements, contracts of employment, staff handbooks, and relevant policies.
* Work with clients on disciplinary procedures and internal investigations.
* Advise employer clients on employee terminations, redundancies, and restructuring, and prepare settlement agreements.
* Provide transactional corporate support.
* Advise on TUPE matters.
* Represent clients in employment tribunals and court.
Candidate Requirements
* Solicitor with circa 5+ years PQE, capable of providing strategic and clear advice with exceptional client care skills.
* Strong technical knowledge in employment law, delivering profitable work in an effective manner.
* Willingness to lead and develop the employment law department with business development and marketing activities while growing client relationships.
