Lead. Inspire. Deliver.
Are you a passionate Agile leader with a talent for driving high-performing teams and delivering outstanding digital products? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and customer value are at the heart of everything you do?
If so, we want you on our team!
You’ll play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll be the driving force behind Agile best practices, removing blockers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring smooth, efficient delivery.
We have two exciting opportunities within the Health and Disability team. We're developing new and existing digital services that will transform the user journey for people with a disability or health condition. Our portfolio covers all health benefits and grants, and we are a key enabler to the success of different initiatives/programmes within DWP. Our vision is to ensure people with a health condition or disability get the support they need. Our mission is to provide simple, responsive services and make timely, accurate and understandable decision that help people get the right support for them.
One of the key programmes within the Health Portfolio is the Health Transformation Programme (HTP). DWP supports over two million disabled people who apply for health-related benefits, every year. This programme is transforming that service, putting users at the heart of the service, and seeking to offer the best possible experience. Working with the Health Transformation Programme we are looking to build a new IT service that will manage Health Assessments (HAS) as well as aiming to improve the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) journey in several key areas resulting in a new digital service that is more efficient and simpler and easier to understand.
Our teams and our delivery managers work on products that impacts some of the most vulnerable people in society. We’re looking for people who are as motivated by that unique purpose as we are.
We are seeking to transform the way some of our most vulnerable users get the support they need. Working alongside policy, strategy, service delivery and cross-government digital areas we are designing the health and disability services of the future looking to how we can make improvements and release value early and regularly while we aim towards a future vision of joined up services which meet user needs and align with departmental strategy.
You’ll join a thriving community of practice, where you'll share best practice, insight and support with a bunch of other talented, expert Agile Delivery Managers.
