We're looking for a Flex Teacher — a dynamic, adaptable educator who enjoys variety and is eager to make a difference wherever they're needed most
Position Summary
The Flex Teacher supports multiple classrooms throughout the center, stepping in where coverage is needed. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children of all ages and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Flex Teachers assist with classroom routines, implement lesson plans, and maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for our students.
Responsibilities
Implement daily routines and implement curriculum activities as directed.
Provide engaging, nurturing care to children in accordance with center policies and licensing standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
Supervise children to ensure safety at all times.
Communicate positively with children, staff, and families.
Step into classrooms as needed to cover breaks, absences, or ratio adjustments.
Collaborate with leadership to determine best classroom fit as staffing needs evolve.
Qualifications
Must meet state childcare licensing requirements (education, background check, etc.).
Prior experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred but not required.
Flexibility and willingness to work with a variety of age groups.
A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and genuine love for children.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule & Compensation
Flexible schedule based on center needs (Monday–Friday).

Compensation: $ $15.00 per hour
