Job Purpose

We are looking for a driven and data-focused Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media activity across Google and LinkedIn. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing and Brand Awareness, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and scaling high-performing campaigns that deliver quality leads and support our global growth goals.

You will own our paid advertising strategy, continually improving performance through testing, insights, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies. This role suits someone who is highly analytical, proactive, and confident managing multiple paid channels in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Search, PMax, Display, Demand Gen, and LinkedIn, with a strong ability to analyze and optimize keywords, audiences, and retargeting strategies
Manage daily performance, budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies, using performance data and audience insights to maximize ROI
Build campaign structures, keyword strategies, audience targeting, and creative recommendations based on continuous analysis and optimization
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor performance, audience behavior, and keyword effectiveness, providing clear monthly insights
Work with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad copy and assets
Lead testing programs across creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments
Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all paid channels to enable effective analysis and optimization
Manage and support agency partners to ensure spend is efficient and targeted
Provide clear, data-driven insights to the wider marketing team to guide future channel, keyword, and audience strategy
Stay up to date with industry trends, new formats, and platform updates, applying learnings to improve performance
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure tracking, tagging, and data quality across all paid campaigns

Skills And Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google and LinkedIn advertising
Highly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns
Strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword planning, and audience segmentation
Proficient with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and tag management tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, data-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Experience with B2B digital advertising and lead generation preferred
Experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms a plus
A related degree or equivalent experience is beneficial
