Residential Conveyancer Haverfordwest
Location: Haverfordwest, West Wales
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a well-established, multi-office law firm that is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team in their Haverfordwest office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer with solid experience managing their own caseload of residential property matters to join a supportive, forward-thinking firm with a strong presence across Wales.
The Role
You will take on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* New build and shared ownership
* Re-mortgages and help-to-buy schemes
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties throughout the transaction process
* Ensuring all files are maintained to a high standard in line with regulatory and firm-wide compliance requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* A minimum of 2+ years experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach
* Familiarity with case management systems and an openness to working with technology
