Freelance Project Manager
Managing a £10m new build scheme consisting of five industrial/logistic units, associated office spaces, car parking and service areas.
Responsibilities
* Act as principal lead and point of contact for stakeholders, managing their expectations.
* Oversee the site team including site manager, design manager and commercial team.
* Coordinate all subcontract packages, planning, programming and design coordination.
* Chair client/subcontractor meetings and produce progress reports for senior management.
Requirements
* Prior experience as a Project Manager delivering new build industrial/logistic unit schemes.
* Must hold a current CSCS card, SMSTS certification and First Aid certificate.
