Main duties of the job
* £10,500 per session including one duty doctor day per week
* Six weeks annual leave and one week study leave (pro-rata) entitlement
* Welcoming GPs of all experience levels
* As a training practice, we encourage applicants interested in medical student teaching or GP registrar training
* Research active practice
* Total Accurx triage
* Mix of face-to-face, telephone, on-the-day, and booked appointments
* 15-minute appointments for face-to-face booked appointments
* Low home visiting rate
* Daily coffee meetings
* In-house education meetings twice a month, in addition to monthly practice meetings
* Highly trained administrators managing incoming Docman mail, QOF, and medication management
* Clarity Toolkit and indemnity paid by the practice
* BMA contract
* Consistent high QOF scores
* Diverse patient population of 12,800
* Operating from purpose-built, modern premises
* EMIS system

Person Specification
Qualifications
* GMC registration to practice as a GP
* On GP Performers list
* MRCGP
* Membership of a medical defence union
* Able to practice medicine in the UK independently
* Engagement in ongoing professional development
* Ability and enthusiasm for supervising trainees and medical students (support provided)
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with support from the wider team
* Interest in addressing the health needs of the practice population
* Competence in communication, IT, interpersonal skills, teamworking, and time management
* Interest in teaching and training
* Interest in community work, e.g., care home or school clinical support
* Interest in developing leadership roles within the practice
* Understanding of local (Coventry) primary care services
