Job Title:Learner Enrolment / Course Coordinator
Location:Office Based
Salary:£24,000 – £26,000 + Company Benefits
Type:9-12 Month Fixed Term Maternity Contract
Duties:
* Act as the first point of contact for learners,providing information, advice and guidance onsuitable Courses / Programmes available.
* Screen learners to identify any specific needs or reasonable adjustments.
* Keep in regular contact with learners to evaluate the effectiveness of the course, and provide feedback to senior management, to ensure continuous improvement and learner success.
* Ensure data is recorded efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure learners are course-ready, providing relevant documentation, workbooks and preparation guides.
* Work closely with the Trainers to ensure all learning material is ready and available, prior to course commencement.
* Source and book delivery venues and arrange set-up of training facilities, equipment, and accommodation if required.
* Responsible for arranging travel for Trainers, in and outside of the UK.
Criteria:
* Quick learner, who is able to learn a new ‘product’, providing advice and guidance to prospective customers.
* Good I.T skills, with confidence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
* Attention to detail
* Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
* Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
