Your role
Our Corporate Fleet Sales Team at BMW Chelmsford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful team. This is a great chance to be part of a company that supports your personal and professional growth.
This role involves managing the tasks and activities of our Fleet Sales Team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or collection, meeting service level agreements with our National, Broker, and Local Business accounts, and maintaining Inchcape and OEM compliance standards. We seek someone who thrives in a team environment and a fast-paced setting, with excellent administrative skills and keen attention to detail.
Salary: £25,168 per annum
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
What you’ll do day to day
* Take ownership of preparing and delivering fleet vehicles to customers.
* Verify vehicle specifications before delivery to ensure they match customer requirements.
* Order delivery packs and notify customers when vehicles are en route.
* Arrange PDI with the Service department.
* Ensure all documentation is complete before delivery.
* Support quoting processes for our Broker network.
* Upload finance documents and order forms into Fleetbase, ensuring compliance checks are completed.
* Coordinate vehicle delivery upon arrival, follow up for confirmation, and aim to reduce on-site vehicle time.
