MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician

đź’° Salary: Up to ÂŁ38,000 base + ~ÂŁ4,000 bonus OTE
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–6:00pm or 7:30am–5:30pm
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a qualified MOT Tester to join their Eastleigh-based workshop. The ideal candidate will be happy to jump into general workshop tasks when MOT work is quiet – a great all-rounder who enjoys variety.
What you’ll need:
Valid MOT license
Confident with servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
Willing to assist with cam belts, clutches, and more when requiredWhat’s on offer:
Base salary up to ÂŁ38k
Approx. ÂŁ4k annual bonus
No weekend working
21 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Birthday off, fully paid
