Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. Duties
* Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery
* Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment
* Replace or repair faulty parts, components, and systems
* Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
* Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
* Keep the workshop clean and organised, adhering to health and safety protocols
Experience
* Previous experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred
* Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in automotive or mechanical engineering are advantageous
