They develop modern, well-designed logistics buildings in prime UK locations, strategically positioned for labour, power and connectivity. With land ready for release, sites under development and an evolving portfolio of completed assets, they can support occupiers at every stage of their journey, aligning location, specification and delivery timing to business needs.
Purpose of the Role

The role is primarily based in Northampton, with occasional travel to the Manchester office and development sites.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will be involved across the full development lifecycle, from early site identification and planning appraisal through to planning promotion, condition discharge and delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing site appraisals, planning strategies and delivery programmes
• Managing consultant teams and leading planning applications, Local Plan representations and condition discharge
• Identifying and assessing development opportunities, including Local Plan allocations, employment land supply and site constraints
• Reviewing technical reports and providing clear, timely feedback
• Undertaking site visits, attending Local Plan Examinations and managing public consultation events

The successful candidate will be supported to develop their skills and progress quickly, with the opportunity to take full responsibility for projects alongside Development Directors.
RTPI qualification, experience in commercial property or development, strong report writing skills and a full driving licence are essential.
