About You: You must be proactive, a great communicator, excel at building relationships, be curious and have a growth mindset. You will bring strong site based or engineering consultancy experience and a robust understanding of the design process. A solid working knowledge of the Construction, Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and Building Safety Act is essential, as is practical experience of office facilities management. You will also possess a relevant Health & Safety qualification, at a minimum NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) or equivalent.
