Job Description
1. Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in the professional services industry.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and agreements.
3. Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
4. Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional legal matters.
5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
6. Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
8. Provide strategic legal advice to support client business objectives.
