Construction Data Risk Manager
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits
Location: Dunstable, hybrid working (minimum 3 days in the office), with occasional travel to London and sites across the UK and Ireland.

As a Construction Data Risk Manager, you will identify and manage technical risks across a portfolio of more than 85,000 bedrooms, ensuring documentation accuracy, leading site investigations, and protecting our properties, staff, and brand.

What You’ll Do
* Set standards for build quality and maintain accurate technical records of property assets.
* Conduct regular reviews with project managers and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with legislation and industry standards.
* Perform audits to assess and improve standards and identify process improvements.
* Design and manage digital and paper-based records systems, standardizing information sources.
* Collaborate with internal teams (development, estates, procurement) and external stakeholders (developers, contractors).
What We Need
* Experience in construction, architectural, or maintenance environments, with knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
* Experience in records management or information systems; membership in ARA is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Self-motivated problem solver capable of challenging and making objective recommendations.
