Position: Financial Institutions Customer Success Manager
Location: Head Office, Crickhowell
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the day-to-day contact for BAU (Business As Usual) support across multiple Financial Institution accounts.
* Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and service excellence.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency.
* Lead or support client service reviews and ensure timely, accurate MI reporting.
* Conduct internal estate analysis to identify process improvements and revenue opportunities.
* Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for client needs internally.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
