Role: Branch Assistant
Location: St Albans, AL2
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: Dependent on experience

Duties of a Branch Assistant
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse and trade counter
* Processing customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and in person
* Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter
* Handling product returns and ensuring all systems and records are updated correctly
* Assisting with general warehouse duties including stock handling and organisation
* Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks
What we would like from you
* Experience working within a trade counter environment (ideally electrical wholesale or security distribution)
* Previous warehouse experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Good organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Basic administration skills
* Full UK driving licence (required for occasional delivery cover)
