Who we’re looking for
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside senior leaders to develop and maintain a positive, ambitious culture that promotes excellent safeguarding practices by removing barriers to learning.
We seek safeguarding experts capable of developing strategies and advising senior leaders to create an open, safe environment where all stakeholders can raise concerns.
As a Regional Safeguarding and Child Protection Officer, you will be deployed across our schools in one of the cluster regions of West Midlands and London, requiring flexibility to travel as needed.
You will have:
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
* Experience managing complex child protection cases and developing effective partnerships with internal and external organizations.
* A proven record of achieving organizational change and experience in partnership and multi-agency working.
* Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge and skills to undertake the role effectively.
