Position: Care Home Manager
Location: Near Sittingbourne, Kent
Salary: Up to £62,500 | Full-Time | Permanent

I am currently seeking a passionate and driven Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized residential care home near Sittingbourne, Kent.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained
* Lead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary team
* Ensure compliance with all CQC requirements and company policies
* Deliver and sustain a Good or Outstanding CQC rating
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
Requirements
* Must be a Registered Manager with previous experience in a similar role
* Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
* Proven track record of achieving or maintaining a Good CQC rating
* Experience managing a medium-sized care home (ideally)
* Solid understanding of dementia care best practices
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
