We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our community-based care services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and deliver high-quality, person-centred care that makes a real difference.
? Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee service delivery, compliance, staffing, and care quality
* Ensure CQC compliance and continuous service improvement
* Manage budgets, rotas, reports, and staff development
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Support care delivery and out-of-hours cover when needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete)
* Proven experience in managing community care services
* Strong knowledge of CQC, person-centred care, and leadership
* Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills
