We are working with a well known UK Payments business which has seen strong growth over the last 4 years, they are looking for an Senior Growth Manager - ABM who will own, innovate on and develop their performance driven multi-channel campaigns.
Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing and working closely with the CCO to identify key deliverables and drive growth for the business. You'll be a innovative and inquisitive marketer who can take on a hands on and engaged approach to building creative campaigns and ABM initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to post-campaign analysis.
* Develop and refine campaign strategies to align with business objectives and target audience segments.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
* Utilise data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements of campaign performance.
* Work with and manage third party agencies.
* Implement strong Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
Requirements
* Experienced Growth Marketer, with strong experience in B2B and ABM multi-channel marketing
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
* Strong project management skills, key eye for detail and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Experienced in marketing automation

* Technology: HotJar, SemRush, Ahrefs or similar SEO platforms, HubSpot dashboards, Figma, FreshChat, Notion, Jira
* Industry: Fintech or Payments are Ideal but not required.
This is a Hybrid role (3x/week) with offices near St Pauls.
