Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting the Partner and taking responsibility for delegated casework, ensuring deadlines are met
2. Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
3. Building credibility with clients and developing strong, lasting relationships
4. Contributing to the team’s business development and marketing initiatives
Knowledge & Experience
5. Qualified Solicitor or professional equivalent (essential)
6. STEP qualification or working towards it (desirable)
7. Solid experience in Wills, LPAs and Estate Administration (essential)
8. Experience with trusts, tax, high-net-worth matters or Court of Protection work (desirable)
9. Confident use of IT systems including Word, Excel, Outlook and case management software

11. Clear, confident communication skills – written and verbal
12. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
