We're looking for a General Manager for a community pub in Ilminster. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Stonemasons is a community pub located in the lovely area of Illminster. It has a separate dining area and accommodates approximately 1,000 covers per week. It also offers Pool, Darts and a TV viewing area that visitors can enjoy.
There is a mixed guest base including locals & families. There is a huge opportunity to grow sales by introducing entertainment and live acts.
We are looking for operators that are community orientated and have high volume food and wet led experience.
The pub turns over £25,000 per week on a 60/40 dry lead split.
Management accommodation is available in the form of three bedrooms with a separate entrance.
