As a Department Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll be a key part in the management team, ensuring the success of your store and inspiring the team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.
Responsibilities
* Customer Experience - deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right product and assisting with the purchase at the till.
* Lead by example - energise the team, ensure everyone has what they need for their shift, maintain high brand standards, and provide a personalised experience for every customer.
* Store targets - support the wider management team to achieve key KPIs across the store, focusing on sales growth and profitability.
* Store Standards - maintain front and back store standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, assist with loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
* An eye for visuals - implement brand visual standards with support from the Visual Team, ensuring the team executes them as well.
* Open eyes and ears - foster a culture of listening, gather ideas from the team and share them with store partners.
* Store Operations - perform opening and closing activities, including key holder duties in line with company processes.
* Executing the new - support with new product launches, floor set moves and store audits; ensure training for all tasks.
About you
* A wealth of experience - extensive retail management experience in a fast-paced store(s) with a proven track record of managing and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Team leadership - able to manage a team to deliver objectives and drive strong performance and results.
* Passion for retail - enthusiasm for all aspects of retail, creating a unique customer experience.
* Customer focus - eagerness to learn, develop customer service skills, and participate in learning programs.
* Lead with purpose - engage and develop the team with a shared enthusiasm for the brand and customer experience.
* Relationships - build valued relationships with customers, teammates, and wider business teams.
* Collaborate with purpose - work with the designated team to share a common brand experience.
