Document Controller
Full time role
Temporary to Permanent contract
£16-£18 ph
General working hours would be between 07:00 and 18:00, however to confirm it will be 40 hours (8 hour days)
The client would like someone in 5 days in the office but open to discussion, however it will be a minimum of 3 days in the office, flexible hours as its a 24/7 building.
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical, document management and administrative support.
Assist with the distribution of management system documents.
Assist with the management, production, issuing and distribution of Project documentation.
Enter and update entries into relevant Document Management Systems.
Assist in the production of reports, as required.
Assist in the production & collation of project handover material to the client
Support users in the use of the document management systemsEssential Skill and Qualifications:
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Must be able to use Project Wise.
Geographically mobile and able to drive
Experience of Office 365
Experience SharePoint online
Organisational skills - Able to prioritise and manage own workload
Knowledge of document management standards, processes and procedures
Knowledge of Assetwise, ProjectWise, Bentley for records tracking, archival retention and storage
Knowledge of bulk scanning, scanning systems and PDF functionality
Knowledge of Microsoft Software systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience of documentation processes within a Rail engineering and construction environment
