The Role
The Digital and Event Marketing Intern will support Digital Geo Marketing team initiatives by assisting in event registration and coordination activities using the Cvent platform. This role provides exposure to enterprise‑scale marketing operations, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and hands‑on experience in supporting high‑impact corporate events within a global organisation.
Your responsibilities:
* Support end‑to‑end event registration and setup activities on the Cvent platform
* Assist in gathering and documenting event requirements from internal stakeholders and marketing SPOCs
* Collaborate with event organizing teams to support timely and accurate event execution
* Support configuration of registration pages, workflows, and customer journeys under guidance
* Exposure to work with agencies
* Supporting on some digital campaigns
* Generate basic reports and assist with post‑event analysis and insights
* Ensure data accuracy, compliance with internal processes, and adherence to timelines
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Interest in perusing Marketing, Brand, Design or Content
* Ideally a degree in digital marketing, communications and event technology etc
* Basic content editing or review experience
* Exposure to working with stakeholders through academic or internship experience
* Strong learning agility and adaptability
* Good time management skills and ability to multitask
* Good organisational and project management skills
