An opportunity has arise at a well renowned firm to head up their Commercial Property team based in Kent.
The firm are Legal 500 rated in Commercial Property and have a strong regional reputation for this work. To be successful in this role you will be 10+pqe and have management experience in training and developing junior members of the team, but also have built up your own list of portable clients that would reinstruct you in a new practice.
The team covers a broad range of work to include working with developers, investment firms, L and T and sales and acquisitions. This position will allow you the opportunity to grow the team and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the firms other departments in cross-selling work.
