The role will be located in Greater London UK and you will be reporting to our Head of Operations, Mark Lorentzen. Your main responsibilities will include managing a team of engineers, overseeing ongoing maintenance activities, strategically developing procedures and initiatives to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading the refurbishment projects for our current store portfolio. Key Responsibilities:Team Management:Lead and manage a team of engineers responsible for ongoing maintenance activities across all stores.Provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.Maintenance Management:Develop and implement preventative and reactive maintenance programs to ensure an efficient operation of all store facilities.Monitor maintenance schedules and budgets to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime in the stores. Assess the work of both internal engineers and external contractors to identify potential issues and address them proactively.Compliance and Health & Safety:Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.Create a strategy to ensure regular audits and inspections with the aim to ongoingly identify areas for improvement and mitigate risks.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, to address any compliance or safety concerns promptly.Refurbishment Projects:Lead the refurbishment projects for our current store portfolio, from planning to execution.Collaborate with general contractors, manufacturers, architects and internal operational teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.Supplier Network Management:Develop and maintain a solid supplier network to expedite procurement processes and ensure cost and time efficiency.Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.Continuously evaluate supplier performance and explore opportunities for improvement or optimization.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.Proven experience in facilities management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, health and safety regulations, and compliance requirements.Project management experience, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Solid supplier network and procurement expertise.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Flexibility to travel to different store locations as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary packageLucrative meal allowance Health and wellness programsOpportunities for career advancement and professional developmentA dynamic and collaborative work environmentJoin Joe & the Juice and become part of a passionate team dedicated to spreading joy and vitality through our delicious beverages and unparalleled customer experiences.
