Offer description

Applicants with an interest in General Urology, diagnostics, and ambulatory management of BPH are invited to apply for a Locum Consultant Urological Surgeon post within NHS Fife, for a period of 1 year. This is a new position as NHS Fife expands its BPH service to meet national capacity for this treatment pathway. The role involves a 1 in 9 on-call rota covering adult and adolescent emergencies, excluding torsions (boys with suspected torsions are seen from age 11).

To arrange a visit, contact Mr Feras Al Jaafari, Clinical Lead for Urological Surgery, at 01592 643355. Meetings with the management team can also be arranged with Miriam Watts, General Manager for Surgical Directorate, at extension 20136.
