Join Our HR People as a franchise partner to build a recession‑proof HR consultancy offering tailored advice across industries.
Role & Responsibilities
• Build and grow your own HR consultancy within the Our HR People network.
• Acquire and manage client relationships, providing strategic HR consulting, leadership development and organisational development services.
• Leverage the company’s marketing, training and reporting tools (iReport) to support clients and generate new business.
• Participate in regular 1‑2‑1 mentoring, business support meetings, and team events to enhance business development.
Qualifications
• Experienced HR professional, preferably former HR Director or HR Specialist.
• CIPD qualified or equivalent HR qualification.
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Strong networking, client‑service and strategic consulting skills.
