Domestic Assistant Housekeeping - Earlsferry House Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £12.71 Per Hour Shift type: Days Contracted hours: 30 Earlsferry House Care Home is a charming, converted period home set beside the beach in the coastal town of Elie, Fife, with stunning views across Elie Bay. The home provides Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care for up to 26 residents in a warm and welcoming environment, where its smaller, close knit setting allows you to build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day as part of a supportive team. Domestic Assistant £12.71 per hour 30 hours per week Pension, Paid PVG, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave based on a full time contract Role Overview As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and colleagues. Your work will directly support residents’ comfort, dignity and overall wellbeing. You will carry out cleaning duties across bedrooms, communal areas and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard of hygiene. You will also support with laundry, ensuring clothing and linens are handled safely, cleaned thoroughly and returned appropriately. Working as part of a supportive team, you will follow infection prevention and health and safety procedures at all times, helping to create a positive and well maintained environment throughout the home.
