We’re looking for a skilled professional with a solid track record in end-to-end subsidence claims management, with a particular focus on the complex and sensitive Repair Phase.
In this key role, you’ll take ownership of a caseload of high-value, technically demanding repair claims, leading communication with policyholders, managing contractors, and driving repairs to resolution.
You’ll be supported by our in-house Technical Subsidence Specialist, Surveyor, and Repair Team Coordinator to ensure claims progress smoothly, stakeholders stay informed, and customer expectations are expertly managed every step of the way.

£27K - £30K DOE
What you will be doing:
1. Take ownership of a caseload of Higher Value, Complex Repair claims through to completion.
2. Support the Surveyor and Repair team to enable them to drive their own caseloads through to conclusion.
3. Assist the Head of Product and Operations Manager in achieving monthly and yearly revenue goals.
4. Raise invoices for the Subsidence team and maintain revenue logs.
5. Maintain full understanding and awareness of the caseload to progress claims towards repairs.
6. Maintain reserves and approved costs at all times.
7. Own the resolution of issues within your area of influence and encourage others to do the same.
8. Ensure cases meet all required SLAs and that claims progress efficiently.
9. Handle policy queries and ensure correct application of policy terms.
10. Handle subsidence-specific aspects such as correct ABI application.
What we need from you:
* Experience in technical property claims handling and complaints, especially for Subsidence.
* Achieved Cert CII and working towards Cert CII.
* Construction knowledge related to repair of a wide range of buildings is advantageous.
* Specialist experience in subsidence is required.
