Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential clerical and administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software and excellent communication skills to manage day-to-day tasks effectively.
Duties
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Assist with ordering office supplies.
- Support with administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Recording details from applicants regarding their housing requirements such as number of bedrooms, area, price etc.
* Arrange suitable viewings based on analysis of customer requirements.
* Assistance with ensuring that all contractors are compliant with Health and safety requirements
* Communicating with and supporting tenants and landlords
* Assisting with completing tenant referencing, organising property inspections, inventories and check outs.
* Assisting with marketing and advertising of properties
* Assisting with Invoicing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telecommunication systems is advantageous.
