As we continue to expand and evolve our portfolio, we are looking for passionate, commercially driven individuals to join us and play a central role in shaping the next chapter of our growth.We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead our national sales function and drive commercial performance across Student Castle’s PBSA portfolio. This role is central to the long-term success of the business, providing leadership, vision, and hands‑on expertise in developing and delivering a sales strategy that maximises occupancy, revenue, and customer satisfaction.As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping our annual sales plan, designing data‑led approaches to customer acquisition, and responding to evolving market conditions, student trends, and legislative changes. You will oversee revenue forecasting, pricing decisions, competitor analysis and product development, ensuring our offer remains competitive, relevant, and aligned with the needs of both domestic and international students. Working closely with Operations, Marketing, and the senior leadership team, you will ensure that every aspect of the sales journey is streamlined, integrated and customer‑focused.You will lead and mentor a central sales team, fostering a culture that prioritises accountability, performance, and exceptional service. By providing ongoing coaching and clear direction, you will equip our teams, both central and site‑based, with the tools, skills and confidence needed to meet and exceed sales and conversion targets. Your role will also include developing strong relationships with universities, international agents, pathway providers and other key partners, securing agreements that support long-term occupancy growth and enhance our reputation within the sector.Alongside people leadership and partnership development, you will oversee the optimisation of our CRM and reporting systems, using data insights to refine campaigns, improve ROI, and enhance our understanding of customer behaviour. You will play a key role in implementing new technology solutions, rolling out CRM enhancements, and ensuring teams follow consistent, effective processes that support both efficiency and conversion.This role is ideal for a commercially minded, data‑driven sales leader with significant experience in PBSA, residential lettings, hospitality, or related sectors. You should bring a proven track record of driving strong commercial outcomes, building high‑performing teams, and developing strategic relationships within the student or education landscape.
