About The Role
We are seeking high-quality, experienced and capable Door Supervisors for licensed premises (pubs, bars and nightclubs) in Oldham and surrounding areas - with start dates expected IMMEDIATELY for the right candidate. Successful applicants must be confident in deterring; de-escalating; and challenging undesirables. Applicants should display a positive attitude, be confident managing conflict in a professional manner and exercising powers of arrest in relation to criminal offences. Experience in a similar role is desirable (not essential).
Essential Criteria
A valid, in-date and verifiable SIA Security Guarding, Door Supervisor or Close Protection License
Right to work documents
A clear DBS certificate (we can apply for this on your behalf)

An ability to write security related reports and statements
Proficient in writing witness statements (although training can be provided)
Smart and presentable appearance - we require staff to wear a formal uniform
Desirable Criteria
Own transport (not applicable to candidates living locally)
Previous experience within the security industry

Ability to interact and engage with people from a wide range of backgrounds
