Shift patterns: Monday- Friday weekly rotating 0500-1330 and 0900-1730

We're now looking for a Transport Administration Clerk to join our team and help keep our transport operations running like clockwork.
Responsibilities
* Prepare driver paperwork and give clear instructions before dispatch.
* Carry out driver debriefs, updating delivery records and pallet counts.
* Track and manage PODs, returns, and agency driver logs.
* Check driver compliance, including tachograph downloads and vehicle status.
* Help with shift handovers, follow health & safety rules, and support a positive team environment.
Who this role would suit
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Experience with transport management systems.
* Ability to follow operational, legal, and health & safety procedures accurately and consistently.
