Your Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers in their environments to advance their systems to high standards.
* Design and implement efficient, automated solutions to reduce manual effort and costs.
* Promote high standards and best practices in code quality.
* Assist with updates and out-of-hours maintenance as needed.
Your Experience:
* Experience supporting mission-critical systems with customer interaction to troubleshoot and resolve issues within strict timeframes.
* Knowledge of observability tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus) is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of Windows and Linux OS with effective troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).
* Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure) using native and standalone tooling.
Your Future Team:
You will work with software teams providing infrastructure and platform expertise, supporting modernization efforts, monitoring, and automation, with a significant on-site presence.
As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will explore and implement tools for Linux solutions, using Infrastructure as Code and automation, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring best practices.
