Warehouse Operative (Airside Aviation Environment) West Sussex £14.76 per hour flat rate overtime 5 On / 3 Off - Rolling Roster ⏰ Start times between 3:00am - 10:00am (finishes between 12:30pm - 7:30pm) Omnia Resourcing are recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a leading global aviation services provider based in West Sussex. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within an airside warehouse operation, supporting aircraft catering logistics and helping ensure flights depart safely and on time. You'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role preparing catering equipment and supplies before passengers even board. As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include: Loading and unloading catering carts, equipment and supplies to strict deadlines (heavy lifting involved) Preparing flight trolleys and orders accurately for outbound aircraft Conducting security checks in line with aviation requirements Working airside around aircraft while following safety and security protocols Supporting drivers and operations teams to meet on-time departures Maintaining accuracy, efficiency and compliance at all times Essential Requirements Physically fit and comfortable working in varied temperatures Flexible to work rotating early shifts Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual and able to follow strict procedures Before starting, you'll need a basic UK criminal record check, overseas check (if lived abroad in the last 5 years), and 5-year employment and address history verification.
