What you'll be doing

The Internal Account Management Team Leader is responsible for leading and developing the Internal Account Management (IAM) function, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service, commercial support, and internal collaboration.

The role focuses on people leadership, operational oversight, and customer experience, acting as the primary escalation point for IAM activity and ensuring that quotations, sales orders, and customer queries are managed accurately, efficiently, and in line with agreed service levels. The Team Leader works closely with other internal departments to support smooth delivery of customer outcomes and to maintain strong commercial governance across IAM-led activity.

* Previous experience working within sales environments within the IT or Telecoms sector
* You're detail-focused with demonstrated ability to manage high-volume service operations with multiple priorities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstratable experience in leading and coaching a team.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement improvement plans.
