What You’ll Do
* Provide customers with industry‑leading installation, commissioning, and servicing.
* Install, commission, and service video surveillance, access control, intruder detection, life safety, audio visual, and PAVA systems.
* Use site plans and survey documentation to plan and deliver accurate system installations.
* Deliver retrofit upgrades and remedial works to existing systems.
* Ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
* Deliver on‑site technical support and advice to customers.
* Keep documentation accurate and in line with industry, regulatory, and company standards.
* Work safely and proactively.
What You’ll Bring
* Technical expertise and knowledge across safety and security systems.
* Experience in security system networking.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of system design, pricing, and upgrades.
* Familiarity and accreditations with manufacturers, including Bosch, Dahau, Hikvision, Gent, Advanced, Gallagher, PAC, Win‑Pak, Veracity, Milestone.
* Experience of working in a BAFE/SSAIB/NSI accredited company.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Experience working within the public sector would be advantageous.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to quality and best practice.
* Strong communication skills.
Certifications / Qualifications
* Valid CSCS/ECS Card.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* IPAF/PASMA/Asbestos Awareness certification.
* Recent or current electrical qualification advantageous.
* Full UK driving licence.
