Responsibilities
* Support the Nursery Manager in daily nursery operations and decision‑making.
* Deliver high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
* Maintain learning journals and track children's progress.
* Plan and adapt activities based on children's interests and developmental needs.
* Ensure safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
* Communicate professionally with parents about their child's development and nursery routines.
* Support nursery management in operational decisions.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
* Recent experience leading a room in an EYFS nursery setting.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child development.
* Confidence managing staff, routines, and room practice.
* Hands‑on leadership experience in a nursery.
