Job Title: Production Operative (Temp to Perm)

Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for reliable and detail-focused Production Operative to join a small but busy manufacturing team. This is a temp-to-perm role offering stability, consistent hours, and the chance to grow your skill set within a well-organised environment.
What youll be doing:
1. Assembling and gluing rubber mouldings to phenolic moulded rings, following clear assembly drawings.
2. Marking identification on completed assemblies using a paint marker, then applying lubricant as required.
3. Packing and preparing finished products for despatch using protective packaging such as cardboard or plastic boxes.
4. Monitoring consumable stock levels and requesting replenishment when levels are low.
5. Boxing and labelling spare or unused parts before returning them to the Stores team for restocking.
