As the Early Life Consultant you will supports the Early Life Service Manager in the delivery of the operational integration element of an automated logistics solution. As the Early Life Consultant you will support the customer throughout the contractual testing period and play a key role in planning and supporting the post go live Integration testing programme. You will continue to support the customer through ramp-up and into Business As Usual. What you'll be handling * Develop an in depth understanding of existing and new TGW products, the WCS solution and operational flow * Become a subject matter expert and create a knowledge transfer culture * Build relationships with the all stakeholder teams (Customer, TGW project and if applicable LTS resident onsite teams) * Support the customer in creation of a testing and operational training plan * Problem solving and root cause analysis * Data capture to support operational decision making and driving continuous improvement strategies * Capturing and documenting lessons learned * Support and validation of customer documentation (standard operating procedures and training material) What you'll need Required * Knowledge of WCS systems, information extraction and analysis * Materials handling / automation experience * Experience of commissioning and go live phase of project delivery * Ability to manage customer expectations & relationships * Strong leadership qualities and communication Skills * Able to work on own initiative & prioritise tasks * Works well under pressure * Willing to travel globally and work weekends when needed Preferred * Change Orientation & Readiness for Continuous Improvement experience * Good IT skills, Word, Excel, MSProject etc. * Track record of delivering operational support for technical projects What you'll receive * Car Allowance * Medicash Health Cash Plan * Hybrid / Remote working options * Training and Development opportunities * Office gym * Opportunity to travel with work
