If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a Resource Manager to join our Southern Transmission Maintenance Team. The Resource Admin Manager is responsible for the effective coordination of resource administration, contract support, compliance reporting, and operational oversight across fleet, NGM, and NRSWA activities. The role ensures accurate data management, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent delivery against performance, financial, and compliance requirements. Supporting the Business Performance Manager by ensuring resource data is current and accurate.

Contract & Operational Support

Act as the primary administrative lead for the NGM Contract, working closely with Commercial Managers and operational stakeholders.
Monitor daily reports, job planning, tolerance dates, and the management of Faults & Defects.
Support fortnightly and monthly performance meetings, including preparation of MI and action tracking.
Produce and maintain regular reports from Salesforce (NGM system).
Liaise with depots to coordinate commissioning jobs and joint Fault & Defect activities.
Compliance & Governance
Oversee NRSWA management information, ensuring updates, Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs), and Lane Rental charges are accurately tracked and resolved.
Act as key point of contact with contractors regarding NRSWA compliance matters.
Support planning activity, deep dives, and performance reporting to drive continuous improvement.
People & Team Administration
Monitor team administration to ensure all trackers and spreadsheets are accurately maintained and distributed.
Maintain Teams records, including holiday, sickness, and referral data.
Provide cover for sickness and annual leave to ensure continuity of service.
Lead and support monthly Teams meetings, including Fleet, Health Surveillance, NGM Fault & Defects, and Monthly Performance Reviews.
Fleet & Asset Management
Liaise with Fleet and Enterprise to manage vehicles, Briggs trailers, Webfleet systems, hire vans, fuel cards, and resource allocation spreadsheets.
Ensure fleet-related data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with operational needs.
Financial & Commercial Administration
Manage invoice processing, payment queries, and financial administration related to suppliers, fleet, and service providers.
Support audit readiness by maintaining clear and accurate records.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a central point of contact for Team Managers, Engineers, and operational colleagues, resolving queries and escalating issues where appropriate.
Monitor and manage shared mailboxes to ensure timely responses and effective communication flow.
Provide consistent administrative support to the wider team, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Data, Reporting & Systems
Own and manage operational spreadsheets and workbooks, ensuring data integrity and version control.
Produce and distribute management information reports to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
Lead on planning support, deep-dive analysis, and ad-hoc reporting requests

· Effectively manage a team, some supervisory experience, would be an advantage.

· Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in compliance, financial, and reporting activity.

· Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with operational, commercial, and senior stakeholders.

· Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues independently.
You will have excellent IT skills, be Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel, and have experience of BORIS & Maximo.
