Education/ qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Educated to NVQ Level 3 in business administration or similar experience
Desirable criteria
2. Junior management qualification or equivalent experience
Knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
3. Working knowledge of a range of CERNER EPR and MS Office applications
4. Experience of staff management, including objective setting and appraisal, performance review & people development
Desirable criteria
5. Understanding of clinical rotas
6. Experience in dealing sensitively with a range of people issues and complaints

7. Ability to develop working processes for the team and create a positive working environment to ensure effective performance
