Salary and Benefits: Senior Paediatric Nurse
* Salary up to £51,204
* 37.5 hours per week

Your Role as Senior Paediatric Nurse
* Lead and manage Band 5 Nurses and Children’s Support Assistants
* Deliver and oversee high-quality family-centred care
* Complete assessments and develop care plans with families
* Support and develop the team using evidence-based practice
* Ensure safe medication administration and compliance
* Participate in audits, research, and quality improvement projects
* Deputise for the House Manager when required
What We’re Looking For
* NMC Registered Nurse with current PIN and CPD
* Minimum 2 years’ experience at Band 5 or equivalent
* Strong paediatric or children’s nursing background
* Leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and safeguarding knowledge
* Confident IT and documentation skills
