Our client is a Glasgow-based Housing Association and is looking for an Administrator for a 6‑month contract. The role will serve as the main point of contact with customers in a professional and friendly environment.
We seek a highly organized and personable receptionist who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver a welcoming experience to all visitors.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
* Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with relevant staff members.
* Assist with administrative tasks.
* Support other departments as needed with various tasks and projects.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
